Hadrian, 117-138. Cistophorus (Silver, 27 mm, 10.00 g, 6 h), Ephesus. HADRIANVS AVG CO[S III P P] Bare-headed and draped bust of Hadrian to right, seen from behind. Rev. DIANA [EPHESIA] Facing cult statue of Artemis Ephesia with supports, flanked by stags standing to left and right respectively. Metcalf 6. RPC III online 1329.3 (this coin). Very rare. Harshly cleaned and with traces of overstriking and a flan fault on the reverse, otherwise, about very fine.
